Creative Projects

At Grants and Grit, creativity is not separate from strategy. It never has been.

Our creative work keeps us connected to the communities, traditions, and stories that inform everything else we do. It sharpens how we see patterns, how we tell the truth about complex situations, and how we design solutions that actually fit the people they are meant to serve.

Strategy without creativity produces plans. Strategy with creativity produces change.

Haute Muslim is a culturally rooted creative studio where storytelling, visual expression, and lifestyle intersect. Founded by Celeste , it serves as a home for writing, commentary, curated design, and creative direction grounded in heritage, faith, and intergenerational connection.

Through essays, visual work, curated retail pieces, and community-centered experiences, Haute Muslim explores identity, memory, and modern cultural expression with depth and intention.

This work informs how we approach narrative, strategy, and cultural alignment across all of our engagements.

Creole Stubbie is the culinary expression of our family’s legacy.

It is a dessert line inspired by recipes rooted in New Orleans kitchens and generations of women who baked with intention, memory, and care.

Created in honor of my mother, Creole Stubbie carries forward traditions through peach cobbler, pound cake, and cookies made to be shared.

This work reflects our belief that culture, memory, and community are not separate from business. They are what make it meaningful and sustainable.

Creole Stubbie is presented as part of our broader commitment to preserving culture and intergenerational legacy. The same care we bring to preserving intergenerational legacy in our own family we bring to helping institutions understand the cultural context of the communities they fund.

Why This Matters

We believe the most effective strategies are grounded in real life, not abstraction. Our creative work keeps us connected to community, culture, stories, and legacy. It ensures that the systems we help design are reflective of the people they are meant to serve.
